Aonla, a tehsil of Bareilly district, is a small city. Aonla is about 40 km far from Bareilly and one of the biggest Tehsil of Bareilly.  The Aonla city is divided into 26 wards for which elections are held every 5 years. According year 2011 census, Aonla has about 55,600 population. in which 29231 are male and 26000 are females.
